Given I’ve done so many jobs / careers in my life, I can offer a lot of services. I choose not to most of the time though. I prefer to find a problem I want to solve first and THEN decide which of the tools in my toolbelt I want to use to best solve that problem.
That being said, all of these services are available and you can hire me for them (and I am awesome at them 🤷🏼♂️).
Career Coaching. I developed my own curriculum and process after studying career coaching for two years. Learn more here. I’ve helped so many people change their lives, and I love it every time. This is one of my favorite services to offer.
Executive Coaching. I’ve done this for so many leaders in so many different organizations it’s hard to keep track. Just suffice it to say I’ve helped probably over 100+ leaders in every industry in the Public, Private, and Nonprofit sectors. Because I see the growth so quickly, this is also my favorite service to offer to leaders in the world. It’s just fun (and impactful).
Prioritized Fundraising Plan Creation: I have helped create a Prioritized Action Plan for founders looking to fundraise. Usually I find this is best for first time raise Founders who are too early for a Seed Round (or really just too early for a hard valuation). I run math and data science on your finances too to help us get some good probabilities with what’s going on.
Unbiased Data Science Startup Valuation Reports: I create and provide a neutral third-party, math, stats, and data-science backed valuation report that can be used in investment negotiations.
Neutral Deal Negotiation: When you’re in an investment negotiation, and you’re stuck but want to figure out if there’s a way forward, this is when people will bring me in. I’ll come in and use all my MBA Trained Harvard Collaborative Negotiation strategies (plus Teaching skills / Socratic Pedagogy) to get us to one of two places: either we find a way forward both parties are comfortable with, or we find that the deal will not work and both parties walk away knowing why it doesn’t work. Closure and consensus is what I bring and I’m really good at this.
General Business Advising: As an Intuitive Mathematician who studies business, nonprofits, growth, genius, gifts, and life - I have a really unique insight on growth and scaling. I won’t, however, coddle. I will support and encourage with empathy and kindness, but I will also tell it to you straight and honest what I see and what you need to be thinking about or doing next to make sure you win.
Fractional CTO / Product Manager: Are you in a pinch as a founder and need someone competent to step in for a little while and take some things off your plate? I’m your guy. I have zero interest staying on long term (I have too much other fun shit I’m up to), but I do genuinely LOVE this role and I’m really good at it. I’ve done this at scale too. Like “designed, built, and ran systems for 1/6th of the United States” (yes, like every 1 in 6 person in America used the software I had parts in leading, designing, managing, maintaining, and building). And also I’ve designed, improved, and reformed systems that ran $1B+ in transactions annually. (It should be noted I have zero interest coding for your stuff, you need other people for that. I will prioritize, lead, make sure they’re on track, etc. do everything else. I only code for myself these days 😏 ;)).
